Calories in sambousa: cheese, vegetable and sweet

Fried cheese sambousa has about 391 to 429 kcal per 100 g [1][2], and vegetable sambousa about 260 to 275 kcal per 100 g [1], in food composition tables from Bahrain and Kuwait. A sweet sambousa analysed in Bahrain had 443 kcal per 100 g [2].
